Banana Coffee Protein Smoothie

This healthy Banana Coffee Protein Smoothie is creamy, satisfying and so delicious! Packed with fibre and 29 grams of protein, it makes a great post-workout snack or on-the-go breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee cold
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • Few dashes of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Handful of ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk if needed to reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
