Basil Hemp Seed Pesto

This dairy-free Basil Hemp Seed Pesto is an easy way to add a pop of flavour to dishes and is packed with plant-based protein and Omega-3 fats.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except the oil to a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • With the motor running, slowly add the oil and process until combined. Serve and enjoy!
