Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 soft, medium or hard boiled egg
  • 1/4-1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 large handful fresh kale, sautéed
  • 1-2 tbsp kimchi
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Sprinkle of bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese to a bowl.
  • Top with egg, avocado, kale and kimchi. Garnish with green onion and bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
