Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 small banana (more green for prebiotic fibre and less sugar)
  • 3/4-1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped avocado
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 med-large lemon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • sprinkle ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups water or unsweetened milk
